What is the Chapter?
The North Coast Chapter is made up of all current CAFF members and agricultural enthusiasts in Sonoma and surrounding counties. All are welcome and encouraged to attend the monthly meetings though regular attendance is not required. We value input and diverse views on a variety of topics. As a chapter member, you will be receiving agendas and minutes of these meetings in addition to the main CAFF and regional newsletters.
Leadership Circle volunteers are actively engaged in supporting small to medium scale farmers in our region. They network and collaborate with other farm-related organizations, advocate with public agencies and officials on policies and proposals that affect farmers in our region, and join in relevant local events and gatherings.
Currently, the chapter partners with: Sonoma County Food System Alliance, Sonoma County Water Coalition, Santa Rosa Plain Groundwater Management Advisory Committee, Farmers Guild, Farm Trails, Sonoma County Conservation Council, and several other organizations.
The North Coast Chapter’s “Leadership Circle” meets the fourth Monday of most months, from 6-8pm in Santa Rosa. For more information please contact Vice President Wendy Krupnick: firstname.lastname@example.org
