Appropriates $569,900,000 from the flood control and water quality bond acts approved in 2006 as follows: to DWR, $200 million for flood protection projects, $70 million for grants to stormwater flood management projects, $250 million for integrated regional water management grants and for programs and projects to increase local water supply reliability, $9.9 million for urban and agricultural water management planning and water demand reduction programs, and $32 million for flood control projects in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. To the Wildlife Conservation Board, $8 million for local agency grants for natural community conservation plans. |
