Farmer Member Benefits and Levels

• Opportunity to receive food safety planning assistance and/or sales and marketing technical assistance
• Priority for participation in CAFF’s programs and events
• Enrollment in the Grown Local campaign for those located in Sonoma County (download, sign, and mail in the Grown Local Guidelines)
• Enrollment in the Buy Fresh Buy Local campaign and access to the toolkit and other resources (download, sign, and mail in the BFBL Guidelines)
• Listing in the Local Harvest online directory. Log in here
• Regional networking opportunities including mixers, workshops, and special events (varies by region)

Individual Member Benefits

Your membership supports CAFF’s work to build a sustainable food system in California through on-farm programming, market creation and policy advocacy in Sacramento. Your contribution allows CAFF to educate hundreds of farmers each year at training, field days, and workshops (on topics including, irrigation efficiency, dry farming, and food safety); pass legislation that affects family farmers (e.g. changing the fees and operations of certified farmers markets); reach over 36,000 students annually with our Harvest of the Month program.
